Juma (Team GPT) has been retired. Employees should use approved Microsoft AI services moving forward.

Available Now:

Microsoft Copilot Chat (free tier) is available to all users.

Optional Upgrade:

Microsoft 365 Copilot is available for employees who would benefit from deeper integrations for an additional monthly cost per person.

To request access:

  1. Submit a HelpCenter Access Request for Microsoft 365 Copilot:

  2. Complete the required training in MRO Academy: MRO – Intro to Microsoft Copilot (search for “MRO Copilot”):

Policy Enforcement and Exception Requests:

As part of ongoing security controls and in alignment with the existing MRO Generative AI Acceptable Use Policy, access to non-approved AI tools will be restricted.

Employees who require other enterprise AI tools for their role may request an exception through the HelpCenter Security Exception Request process:
